**Strategic Resource Architect (M/F/d)**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Take the lead role for the global Resource Management
- Provide resource planning and tracking information to ENG-Management in a regular routine
- Analyse data and provide recommendation for the further development of the global footprint
- Collaborate with internal specialist departments, finance and sales organization to ensure that all relevant input data is taken into consideration
- Plans and moderates global workshops in order to drive EEX-key processes and initiatives
- Interacts tightly with Infrastructure, HR as well as all global disciplines within CTO-Engineering
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2 years work experience in automotive industry
- Proven capability for moderation in virtual environment
- Excellent command of English language
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proven intercultural awareness
- Strength in structuring and visualizing data in MS Excel (Pivot tables) and MS Powerpoint
- Affinity to working on frameworks, processes, standards and guidelines
