**Strategic Resource Architect (M/F/d)****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Take the lead role for the global Resource Management- Provide resource planning and tracking information to ENG-Management in a regular routine- Analyse data and provide recommendation for the further development of the global footprint- Collaborate with internal specialist departments, finance and sales organization to ensure that all relevant input data is taken into consideration- Plans and moderates global workshops in order to drive EEX-key processes and initiatives- Interacts tightly with Infrastructure, HR as well as all global disciplines within CTO-Engineering**QUALIFICATIONS**:- 2 years work experience in automotive industry- Proven capability for moderation in virtual environment- Excellent command of English language- Strong interpersonal communication skills- Proven intercultural awareness- Strength in structuring and visualizing data in MS Excel (Pivot tables) and MS Powerpoint- Affinity to working on frameworks, processes, standards and guidelines**WHAT WE OFFER**:- Various social benefits (including homeoffice, health program, development and training opportunities, canteen, etc.
