Strategic Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated profesional to join our Sales Team in Monterrey Office.
**Responsibilities**:- Establish relationships with new customers and closing new contracts throughout the year.- Manages the entire sales cycle from "Initial Opportunity" through "Closed Won".- Prospecting potential customers using various direct methods such as cold-calling, face to face meetings and industry networking.- Provide forecast on best case, and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.- Executes customer presentations, submits opportunities, manages activity reports, and participates in overall company growth strategy.- Builds and maintains a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.- Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services, and company operations.- Work closely with operations managers to develop collaborative working relationships and ensure all customer needs are met.- Enters sales data into CRM system, or other designated sales call software provided by the company.- Meets or exceeds sales threshold/quota as defined by the company.- Works cooperatively with other sales and operational staff to support a team-selling environment.
**Basic Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree- 4+ years´ experience in field sales, in forwarding industry.- Strong understanding of Freight Forwarding with demonstrated aptitude and desire to sell.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.- Fluent English.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment in order to achieve required results- Must have strong persuasive and negotiating skills- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.- Effective planning and organization skills required to schedule appointments appropriately and to meet reporting deadlines.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu experiência laborando en empresas de Forwarder?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Ventas en campo: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés conversacional (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
