Strategic Sourcing Analyst (Mexico)

Las Visión de Conjunto:
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst witll assist the Strategic Sourcing team with successful execution of sourcing processes and strategies.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Administers Approved Supplier List
- facilitates addition and updates of suppliers to the ASL and in the business systems
- ensures supplier packages are routed properly for Request for Sourcing
- updates/maintains ASL Database in PLM system
- maintains the supplier history files
- Consolidate data from various systems and integrate those in meaningful information supporting business reviews and decision making process
- Coordinate Supplier Change Notice activities among cross-functional teams involved - Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing
- Support supplier escalations
- Perform daily tasks as directed by supervisor and support other team members as needed

Calificaciones:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, business administration or accounting
- 3 or more years of procurement or purchasing analysis experience required
- Advanced analytical skills - solid Excel knowledge (v-lookups, pivot tables) required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize and work independently
- Be a team player and able to partner with the team members across different functions
