**You'll love this role!**:We are now looking for an IT SW Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen Ericsson's position by improving supplier value, proactively handling business risks, and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer. The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying, and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service and for internal use within Ericsson. The SSM drives all commercial relationship with suppliers.**Your daily activities are**:- Manage, coordinate, negotiate and drive sourcing activities.- Plan, complete and implement supplier selections and negotiations in line with category strategies and Ericsson sourcing processes supporting a fast-paced business.- Work closely with partners, Legal, and IT functions to negotiate and handle commercial contracts.- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.- Engage in supplier management activities with focus on performance improvement and supplier development.- Lead cross-functional Sourcing projects and programs.- **The main skills we require are**:- 2-3 years' experience in supplier facing roles, ideally as a Buyer or similar.- Negotiation and Communication skills (background: procurement buyer)Decision making skills.- Persuasion and influencing skills.- Strong written and oral communication skills are needed.- Accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines.- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.- Be able to handle a request end-to-end (from receiving the request to closure of the negotiation).- Knowledge of negotiation tactics and sourcing specific tools (TCO, Clean Sheet etc.).- Language: Spanish and English is mandatory to facilitate communication with suppliers.
