The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Main Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and lead efforts to address chronic supplier performance issues.- Define and integrate supply chains that support Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) and significantly impacts to production lines.- Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance; measure the performanceof the supplier and define corrective actions; obtain assistance from other functional representatives such as quality, product engineering, etc.- Utilize and develop continuous improvement in terms of performance and resilience.**What Skills You Need**:- Experience on Supply Management, Continuous improvement and/or production.- Data analytics skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau and Power Bi.- Experience with negotiations and/or supplier cost gap resolution.- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence without authority across functional areas, you will Travel 1st year 100%, 2nd year 50% and 3rd year relocation to Monterrey.
