We are searching for the best talent for **STRATEGIC SUPPLY SPECIALIST **to be in **CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA.**
**You will be responsible for**:
Key responsibilities are as follows for the Source Analyst
- Understand the details of "CURRENT" supply chain flows and implications of "TO BE" business operations for Source related activities within the project and govern related business requirements with Project Team.
- Understand full direct and indirect materials oversight/management as it relates to Project LEGO scope.
- Understand / align and follow up changes on suppliers' transactional changes.
- Be part of suppliers' engagement plans and communication.
- Follow ups with suppliers; Participate supplier conferences, Attend/Manage supplier calls & negotiations for related tasks, report supplier implementation status and escalate any problems with suppliers.
- Review and update (where relevant) suppliers' contractual terms (e.g., legal entities, pricing, payment terms, etc.)
- Assess implications on vendor master data and other related transactional activities in collaboration with Plan and Business Technology (Project GET)
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional business stakeholders, business technology, legal and tax teams, and external providers to define the change and implementation activities to deliver the solution.
- Track activities to ensure deliverables & timelines are being met, including the ongoing tracking & resolution of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies to the project are addressed.
- Participate in various workshops and project team meetings and represent Source when necessary.

**EDUCATION**:
**- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred.**
**EXPERIENCE**:
**- Good understanding of Procurement operations both from System (ERP) and also from operations perspective.**
**- Strong project management skills in complex, highly matrix, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist is required.**
**- Required experience with process, data systems and analytics platforms; knowledge of ERPs, Business Intelligence & Reporting Platforms required. High skills in Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau required.**
- **Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple stakeholders, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.**:
- **Strong communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers)**:
- **Exposure to one or more Supply Chain functions (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance) is preferred.**:
- **Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required.
