It isn't a question.Key Responsibilities- Channel Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies for the expansion and development of traditional sales channels.
(Distributors, Mom&Pops stores)- Identify and evaluate potential partners, distributors, and retailers to strengthen our market presence.- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
Provide support, training, and resources to empower partners in effectively promoting and selling our products.
Sales Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans for traditional channels.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within traditional channels.
Stay abreast of industry developments to inform and enhance channel strategies.- Product Knowledge and Training: Ensure that channel partners have a deep understanding of our products and services.
Provide training sessions and resources to enable partners to communicate our value proposition effectively.
Channel Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing and trade marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to traditional channels.
Provide marketing materials and support to help partners promote our offerings.- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of each traditional channel.
Generate regular reports on channel performance and present findings to senior management.- Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges that arise within the channel, working collaboratively with partners to find solutions.
Act as a liaison between the company and channel partners to resolve conflicts or concerns- Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:- University graduate in administrative sciences and/or industrial engineering or a related field.
If you have a postgraduate degree in commercial areas or administrative sciences, or an MBA, it is a plus-- Must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles with a mid to senior-level seniority in fast-moving consumer goods companies or consumer health-focused companies
