Overview:
STATEMENT:
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit company websites (internal and external), and detect areas of opportunity in terms of consistency, updated materials, working hyperlinks and other criteria oriented by the strategy.
- Develop and maintain an annual content strategy in alignment with regional initiatives, incorporate search optimization best practices and review content metrics for online properties.
- Regularly review and assess website content and oversee updates as needed.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure industry best practices are implemented.
- Effectively prioritize all projects to meet deadlines and manage projects from inception through execution per the trafficking/review/approval process required.
- Manage communication and execution of work by third party vendors.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Herbalife Brand as it relates to all relevant audiences.
- Write and edit content as needed using agreed to voice, grammar and style.
This includes video scripts, newsletters copy, banners, and more.
- Ensure copy is engaging and informative and reflects the company's brand philosophy.
- Work with stakeholders to refine deliverables to ensure effective communications.
- Copyedit and proofread materials as needed, reviewing for consistency, accuracy and clarity.
- Be comfortable working individually and within a team framework.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:
- Bilingual English-Spanish (99%)
- Project management skills to oversee multiple projects at one time.
- Strong writing abilities for both business and creative writing
- Excellent grammar and proofreading capabilities
- Ability to multitask, set appropriate priorities and continuously meet deadlines in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Extremely detail oriented with an eye to catch inaccurate copy
- Individual and team orientation
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
**Experience**:
- 5+ years' experience in content management/development or similar role
- Minimum 4-5 years project management experience supporting cross functional projects.
- Partner with key stakeholders in the development and execution of digital content strategies.
- Effectively prioritize all projects to meet deadlines and manage projects from inception through execution.
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree (BA or BS) in Communication, Literature, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Public Relations or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to solve practical problems and organize workload for effective implementation under mínimal supervision
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Experience writing both creative and business copy
- Familiarity with digital marketing industry best practices
- Previous role in wellness industry
- Experience developing training materials, online training coursework and digital marketing campaigns
- Web publishing experience using TeamSite or other similar publishing tools
