.Job Description**Strategy and Business Planning Manager**- A Strategy and Business Planning Manager is a professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work on a wide range of tasks, and strategic initiatives. _- This position plays a critically important role, enabling these leaders to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role is highly strategic and facilitative, requiring a combination of focus and flexibility and a willingness to play an active, operational, and communicative function. As the President's 'trusted counsel,' the role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. _**Your Role**- Build and run all transformational projects- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools- Work with the channel, sales strategy, and business management teams to run the team efficiently, ensuring fluid communication and an action mindset, and prioritize initiatives & projects.- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation- Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key strategic projects.- Manage Relationships with key internal and external Stakeholders.- Govern the strategic planning process- Prepare business presentations.- Prepare reports and informational documents to inform and support business leaders.- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior leadership.- Act as a change agent for business transformation initiatives and tools that further optimize our end-to-end business execution and performance.- Collaborate with leaders to effectively manage time between leaders and critical stakeholders.- Tracking key strategic actions and driving them to closure.- Support leaders with ad-hoc projects and key strategic initiatives, and deputize them whenever it is possible in critical meetings.**Your Background**- Bachelor's degree any field MBA is a strong plus.- 10+ years of work experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Advanced English skills- Knowledge in end-to-end P&L management.- Product portfolio knowledge and market/competitive analysis.- The individual must be able to deal with ambiguity and should be able to respond quickly to multiple issues and tight deadlines.- Strong leadership skills- Manage Matrix reporting relationship- Proactivity and self-direction**Other requirements**:- Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Ability to navigate and maintain good relationships spanning product, sales, marketing, finance, etc
