????:- Lead the product work-stream for a high profile strategic project with strong exposure to C-level stakeholders - Formulate a winning strategy against uprising ride-hailing competitors in the Latam market - Lead the development of new product categories to strengthen platform PMF - Drive business result, e.G., user growth, efficiency uplift, through product iterations and configuration optimization - Deep dive into user experience to identify product opportunities - Collaborate with wide range of stakeholders including product manager, data scientist, marketing to drive execution across the organization - Open to temporarily base at Latam market to connect with the business, local team and users????:- 6-10 years of experience in product development or strategic planning, e.G., tech, consulting - Strong user empathy - the ability to blend field research with data to design user-centric product strategy and roadmap - Strategic thinking - the capability of proactively tackling multiple types of business challenges and connect back with core business objectives - Experience in performing under multicultural work environment- Chinese and English as working language (Spanish is good-to-have)#J-18808-Ljbffr
