Strategy and Transformation Analyst
The Strategy and Transformation Analyst is a junior member of the VivaAerobus Strategy & Business Development team. This team will define and undertake strategic planning efforts, adhoc and punctual strategic analysis and will lead key enterprise initiatives across the organization. All efforts aim at profitability increase through revenue growth and/or cost reduction, the improvement of the customer-s traveling Importante empresa and the development of advanced managerial capability across the organization through Confidencial programs and inter departmental efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Strategy & Transformation Manager, Strategy & Transformation Director and Chief Strategy Officer, to actively contribute to the development of the overall strategy and business plr the airline.
Own a work stream within a transformation project, identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing high analyses, and deliverindings and insights on relevant topics.
Prepare high and high impact presentatior senior management and relevant stakeholders, and develop business cases and implementation plans to ensure successful result delivery.
Interact with other airlinctions to identify potential improvement áreas and provide analytical, structure and problem-solving skills to address unattended or neglected issues that day to day operatiorego.
Contribute to VivaAerobus
- proper anticipation, identification, and action on important market opportunities, and to the appropriate response to competitive actions through corrective measures in a timeshion.
Provide innovative benchmarking analysis to different áreas of the airline in order to leveraom other and diverse business model efficiencies and adapt to Viva environment.
