Key Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Development: Take ownership of crafting communications and brand strategies that uncover and address real human problems behind business challenges.
Collaborate on Campaigns: Partner closely with creative teams to develop ideas that stay on brief and deliver meaningful solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with account, digital, PR, and analytics teams to turn insights into actionable plans that deliver results.
Monitor and Optimize: Track campaign performance and proactively make adjustments to ensure long-term impact and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a strategy or planning role within an advertising agency and/or PR firm
A proven track record of supporting and leading campaigns that deliver strong business results and cultural relevance.
Strong understanding of branding and consumer behaviour.
Relevant educational background (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred).Experience with DE&I and multicultural initiatives is a plus but not required.
