Furthermore, she/he will launch this foresights creation process to make sense of different forces at play by identifying shifting consumer values, marketplace signals, and behavioral trends to drive a deep understanding of potentially disruptive forces that will help identify opportunities, future-proof our current business model, and shape our future strategies.**Responsibilities**:**Your Impact****As The Strategy & Foresights Manager your scope will consist of**:- Responsible of designing the strategic vision for the Sales Organization and the levers to achieved it across mid-long term horizons.- Design and Conduct external research, and participate in discussions to help frame up critical issues.- Participate in discussions and support activities to generate new options for re-design of our business - this may include workshop design, content creation, ideation, etc.- Develop foresights to help shape future scenarios.- Create and Test New Busines Models inside the sales organization by leveraging foresights.- Connect with external organizations (Academy, Accelerators, Investment Capital Angels & Startups)- Create and maintain cross-departmental relationshipss to enable leadership success.- Manage the day-to-day agenda securing time is allocated in primordial projects/topics
