Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor and work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to analyse opportunities, operate transformational strategies to achieve the business mandate, operate change by partnering with business leadership with clear accountability, provide clarity in complex problems, facilitate decision-making, and guide high value investments.Participate on projects across their lifecycle: identifying the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions.Work with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies.Analyse aspects of client service.Develop relationships with support functions and senior leadership.Conduct in-depth research to support business strategies and identify trends across key business drivers of Citi such as credit, asset trends, cost structure, pricing, product management and operational functions.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2-5 years financial/business analysis experience.Experience with budgeting and forecasting process.Experience working in cross-cultural global teams.Ability to think analytically.Ability to synthesize large complex data, derive meaningful insights, and articulate a solution that meets senior requirements.Extremely self-motivated & hard working.Have the ability to take direction and drive results, work with minimal direction, maintain composure even in stressful situations.Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
