The Role We are looking for a talented Strategy Manager to join our fast-growing team at Clip, Mexico's leading Fintech company. As part of our Strategy Core team within the Payments division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's strategic direction and ensuring our continued success in the market.
At this job, you will be able to dive into data to uncover valuable insights and suggestions that can help our team make informed decisions and drive growth. Assist in crafting business cases for potential projects, making sure they align with Clip's overall vision and objectives. Work closely with different teams across the company to brainstorm, plan, and execute important initiatives. Participate in meetings with senior team members to share ideas, gather feedback, and gain approvals for proposed initiatives. Support the team in organizing and overseeing the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring they run smoothly and meet deadlines. Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors' activities to provide valuable input for our strategic planning. Track the performance of implemented projects, identifying areas for improvement and sharing recommendations for optimization. What will I do? The Ideal candidate: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Knowledge of SQL for basic data manipulation and query construction, capable of extracting and filtering data from relational databases. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms for data visualization and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when troubleshooting data-related issues and proposing solutions.
