**Portfolio Planning Intern**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Portfolio Planning Intern to support our team in preparing for successful launches of our products.
This role will involve coordinating multidisciplinary readiness sessions, as well as developing executive-level presentations, and conducting market-related research, including mystery shopping and competitive analysis in the automotive sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination of Readiness Sessions**:Organize and facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for product launches.
- **Executive Presentations**:Create clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations tailored for senior executives, showcasing key insights, updates, and recommendations.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct mystery shopper activities and additional studies to evaluate competitors' strategies, products, and positioning in the automotive market.
- **Data Synthesis**:Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources to support portfolio planning and decision-making processes.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**:Collaborate on additional projects as needed to support portfolio planning and strategy execution.
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Graduation December 2025 or later.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoin).
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to tailor content to different audiences, including executives.
- **Research Ability**:Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative high level market research, with a focus on competitive analysis.
- **Teamwork**:Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Interest in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies
