RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Structural Analysis Supervisor**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey**Function**: Engineering (CA)**Major Purpose**:Provides daily supervision of administrative and technical issues involving a functional group of engineers and engineering support personnel who work on a project or a specific portion of a project for a program using the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP). May also be responsible for Product Verification and Validation (PV&V) groups to achieve timely completion of scheduled tests, improve test cycle times and reduce iterations. Smaller group size generally consisting of less than 10 and limited responsibility outside the functional area.**Main Responsibilities**:- Exchanges necessary information with other functional groups.- Provides leadership and counsel to less experienced employees.- Develops, tracks and meets capital and expense budget for area of responsibility.- Performs administrative duties related to performance management, salary pay plan, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.- Leads in resolution of product-line based difficult technical issues whether within the company or with outside suppliers.- Supervises the implementation of a project or a specific portion of a project for a program using Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) to ensure that the product program goals are met. Has limited responsibility outside the functional area.**What Skills You Need**:- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.- Fundamental skills in Engineering Principles such as Forces, Stress, Material Properties etc.- Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.- Knowledge of industry Product Verification & Validation processes and execution methodologies.- Knowledge of Product Delivery Process programs.- Fundamental understanding of machine forms relevant to the specific job assignment and Company division/unit.
