Understand and execute the different Data Entry processes (attendance list and scores) for Bombardier employees in Learning platforms and STPS (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social).Identify, analyze and track exceptions (certifications, competencies, training).Support Fast Tracks (FT) weekly follow-ups with stakeholders.Collaborate with suppliers in the programming and logistics of courses or trainings.Prepare audiovisual tools, office supplies (projectors, markers, headphones, and equipment and materials in general) for classes.Follow-up with suppliers on preventive or corrective actions derived from cohort (FT) reviews or training performance evaluation.How to thrive in this role?You are currently pursuing studies in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.You hold an advanced level of Spanish and English language, oral and written skills.You have knowledge of the Microsoft O365 suite (Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).You are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and work well under pressure with a high degree of precision.You can comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority.You hold a basic level of French language (considered an asset).Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!
