Job DescriptionThis is the opportunity to join the IT department at The LEGO Group!As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will help optimize the usage of business technologies to increase productivity, focusing on enabling the LEGO Operaciones de México factory with IT Technology.Core ResponsibilitiesServiceNow: Work proactively with tickets (Incidents & Service requests) in our ITSM tool (Service Now) and prepare equipment.On-Site Support: Provide onsite support with computer hardware, meeting rooms technology, and mobile phone devices.Incident Solving: Diagnose software and hardware issues and resolve them promptly.Infrastructure Support: Assist in Infrastructure projects related tasks.Minimum RequirementsEnrolled in a college/university with a major in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent (6th semester and above)Able to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills in English and SpanishProactive, self-driven, and service-orientedGood understanding of Computer Hardware, Software, and IT InfrastructureKnowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, MS Office applications, and Power BI skills are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
