The NPI area assure and maintain smooth introduction of new products in our Manufacturing areas and active feedback to Global IE on all potential improvements.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Follow-up on corrective actions in the packaging area and creation of reports.
- Preparation and quality control of spare parts for the machine.
- Support in the specific preparation for the manufacturing of spare parts and equipment.
- Resolution and design of critical problems.
- Modification and creation of drawings.
- Support in engineering projects and teams.
**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Education: from 6th semester and above preferably IMA, IME, IIA, IIS or similar
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven
- Knowledge of Office tools specially Power Point and Excel and a plus if any Power BI knowledge
- Good at working individually but also with a team
- Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English
