.Job DescriptionIf you are looking to get a great internship experience, this is the opportunity to do so by joining the Security department at The LEGO Group!Play your part in our team success!This position will give overall support to the LOM Security department while working in different activities related to Security Projects and Process Automation. You will also collaborate closely with team members for daily security activities (Operations, Investigations, Security Systems).Core ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation of Heimdall Project (Integrate Security Systems in one global platform).Management and analysis of project indicators and documentation.Follow-up to work plans, site tours, evaluations of Security Projects.Generation of permissions to suppliers to enter the company.Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automation of tools, processes, or visual management of the team.Support daily Security activities with administrative tasks.Participate in staff meetings (locally and globally).Do you have what it takes?Education: Active Student of Systems Engineering, Programming, IT, or similar bachelor's degree (6th semester or above).Proficient using MS Office and Microsoft 365 Tools (Sharepoint, Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Good communication (written and oral) both in Spanish and English.Knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure.Proactive, responsible, and self-driven.Good at working individually but also with a team.Strategic & result orientationApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
