What you will bring: You will play a key role in independently assisting the team to ensure the most effective and efficient study start up, by providing administrative and tracking support.
Supporting the Site Activation Lead with tasks including tracking, filling, collating and verifying, for completeness, submission documentation for submission to the Regulatory/Competent Authority (CA)/Ethics Committee(EC) and other relevant authorities and helping with the translation of these documents.Looking after the submission progress tracking by updating the relevant ICON/Sponsor tracking system.Setting up, coordinating and maintaining department electronic filing systems.Helping to QC and maintain study level Trial Master Files.Pulling, reviewing, and editing Site Activation reports.Coordinating and attending meetings as requested and assisting in the production of slides, overheads, etc. as needed. Your profile: Research or Healthcare related academic or work experience would be preferable but not essential.Previous administrative experience preferable.Knowledge of Microsoft office apps (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Good organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.Ability to understand the task's goal and identify solutions where needed to achieve it.Manage time efficiently and focus on priority tasks and relevant timelines.What ICON can offer you:
