Position Summary: The position aims to develop a commercial strategy that includes managing a portfolio of International Clients established in Mexico, as well as promoting the growth of this portfolio by incorporating new companies arriving to the country.
This Vice President must have the necessary experience in cash management and financing banking needs for all types of clients, from SMEs to Corporates, identifying banking needs to make an appropriate product match. Additionally, they must have experience negotiating with decision-makers and parent companies.
Every day you will face new and interesting challenges within your role, where you will be responsible for:
Generating commercial strategies for lead reception and lead generation Servicing existing clients to maximize portfolio profitability Generating new leads throughout the region with transactional and credit potential Developing relationships with chambers of commerce, foreign investment officials in the states, as well as key legal and accounting firms in the region Developing excellent relationships with internal areas for proper client management Constantly seeking product cross-selling opportunities and developing strategies with specific products Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fields Commercial banking experience (+4 years) Advanced English is a must, as it is needed for constant communication; a third language is desirable Availability to travel Proactive, with a passion for sales and good at working under stress Excellent follow-up and work structure Analytical mind Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Experience managing teams Click on the apply button and do not miss the opportunity to develop your full potential.
