Position Summary: The position aims to develop a commercial strategy that includes managing a portfolio of International Clients established in Mexico, as well as promoting the growth of this portfolio by incorporating new companies arriving to the country.
This Vice President must have the necessary experience in cash management and financing banking needs for all types of clients, from SMEs to Corporates, identifying banking needs to make an appropriate product match. Additionally, they must have experience negotiating with decision-makers and parent companies.

Generating commercial strategies for lead reception and lead generationServicing existing clients to maximize portfolio profitabilityGenerating new leads throughout the region with transactional and credit potentialDeveloping relationships with chambers of commerce, foreign investment officials in the states, as well as key legal and accounting firms in the regionDeveloping excellent relationships with internal areas for proper client managementConstantly seeking product cross-selling opportunities and developing strategies with specific productsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fieldsCommercial banking experience (+4 years)Advanced English is a must, as it is needed for constant communication; a third language is desirableAvailability to travelProactive, with a passion for sales and good at working under stressExcellent follow-up and work structureAnalytical mindExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsExperience managing teamsClick on the apply button and do not miss the opportunity to develop your full potential.
