.**Subdirección Comunicación y Eventos WPB (GCB4) (Mexico role)**Role purposeUnder the guidance of the Geographic COO (Business Management) the role holder will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful, creative and insight-led internal communications strategies to drive employee awareness, understanding, engagement and alignment with the priorities of WPB Mx. In this capacity, they will also provide internal communications support and counsel to business leaders across WPB.The role holder should have a strong track-record in internal communications, with exceptional storytelling, content development and writing skills, as well as the desire to constantly build new capabilities and enhance their knowledge. They will need to develop and act upon measurement and employee insight as well as quickly build trusted stakeholder relationships. Background in banking and financial services and work experience in commercial networks or contact centre are an advantage.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**Develop internal communications strategies and execute communications activities that support WPB Mx priorities in relation to business objectives and strengthen employee engagement.Control, prioritize and expenditure of the WPB budget in Entertainment CMU.Develop and tailor narratives, messaging and content to achieve cut-through and audience impact.Lead on the planning and delivery of creative WPB internal communications campaigns.Rigorous use of best practice measurement and insight to inform activities and ensure focus on business outcomes.Contribute to the development of innovative new internal communications products, techniques and channels. Constantly seek out new technology and trends to modernise how we tell stories and communicate.Provide WPB Mx ExCo with briefings and materials that inform and mobilize employees.Communicate major change initiatives in collaboration with the relevant project teams and other communications colleagues in HBMx.Consider the external implications of internal communications and collaborate with External Communications colleagues on external messages to mitigate risks.**Requirements**:**Functional Knowledge**Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives.Ability to understand business issues and devise communication solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues.Able to work within a complex environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands, and swiftly resolve issues.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.A proven track record in developing, managing and implementing internal communication plans that translate into solid and practical delivery.A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and encourage / deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals
