.Subdirector Transaccional RBBJob Purpose Generate strategies with the aim of promoting the increase in commercial activity, construction and monitoring of the Pipeline of new businesses related to transactional products designed for RBB, among others: Payroll HSBC Net Electronic Banking RAP DAP Solution Card POS Manage and coordinate the Transactional Managers and RBB business area in the monitoring of transactional product registration processes (payment and collections) Decision making and monitoring of the sales and administrative processes necessary to meet the objectives. Collaborate in conjunction with Commercial Assistant Directors of the segment to achieve profitability and linkage strategies.Main responsibilities - Ensure the execution of the customer linking strategy through cross-selling and implementation of transactional products. - Promote the improvement of Payment and Collection processes: Payroll HSBC Net Electronic Banking RAP DAP Solution Card POS - You are responsible for leading the efficient operation of your team. - Monitoring and coordination of sales, processes and strategies through the Divisional Managers.- Ensure quality customer service, through an efficient and timely training model that meets customer needs. - Design and updating of Guides and methodology that allows the movement of products. - Protect the shareholders' equity, acting with the institution's values. - Promote constant communication with assigned clients.- Makes synergy with the different areas involved in order to increase profitability - Provides information and sales results and strategies to each of the Divisions in both lines of business. - Commercial monitoring of the Business sales force through pipelines. - Special negotiations. - Ensures compliance with Local and Global policies.Knowledge and experience - Economic-administrative career or engineering degree. - Intermediate knowledge of parcels in Office. - Advanced knowledge in Financial Products and Services. - Experience in Sales of Financial Services - Experience in managing commercial teams o Advanced knowledge, skill or mastery in: - Knowledge of Payroll products, and transactional products. - Analysis focused on detecting opportunities for improvement in processes. - Generation of strategies to increase levels of profitability and service. - Leadership and team management - Knowledge of products, processes and services related to the attention of payroll companies. - Knowledge in Economic-Administrative areas. - Superior skills in Negotiation and Sales - Work under pressure with internal and external clients. - Teamwork skills and interdisciplinary groups - English language (desirable) - Analysis and interpretation of financial variables.Requirements"At HSBC we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunities
