Embark on a journey with us—where your passion will navigate the future of global commerce.Here´s the deal:The SME is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the "Consejo Nacional de Concesiones" (CNC) at the Moin Terminal in Costa Rica, managing relationships, compliance, and ensuring alignment with concessionary requirements. Additionally, the SME will be responsible for supporting broader terminal operations, including continuous improvement, operational standardization, and supporting financial and operational reporting processes. The role will focus 50% on CNC-related duties, and 50% on other terminal operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain strong relationships with the Consejo Nacional de Concesiones (Costa Rica).Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Prepare and deliver regular reports to CNC authorities.Resolve issues efficiently to maintain operational flow.Actively contribute to process improvements through participation in Kaizen initiatives.The Basics:Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, economics or equivalent work experience.Years of Experience: 5+ years.Software: Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas), ERP systems.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of government relationship management and logistics process.
