Submission Coordinator- Graphic Designer

**Submission Coordinator****Responsibilities**:- Enter all licensed accessories products into internal tracking systems- Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management- Create and maintain departmental submissions tracking document and update on a daily basis- Report all product comments and approvals to development & design teams- Quickly and accurately make all necessary submission file updates- Nuxeo - FlieMaker and WebTech**Qualifications**- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite- Strong written and verbal communications skills- Experience working in web based data entry systems- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time- Highly organized and detail oriented- _**Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (does not need to be an expert)**_**Salary**: $4,000.00 per week**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: One location
