R&D Engineer CCUS Solutions - Full Time - Oberwinterthur, Switzerland

We are looking for a R&D Engineer CCUS Solutions to join our CT_Technology & Innovation team in Switzerland to help us take Sulzer to the next level. In this role you will support the development of CCUS solutions with internal and external stakeholders including lab- to pilot-scale testing.
Your main tasks and responsibilities: Manage and execute CCUS R&D projects according to Stage & Gate process, with emphasis on CO2 capture and mineralizationDesign, develop, and test CCUS process solutions, manage project schedules and costs, improve and maintain test facilitiesAssess, address, and mitigate risks associated with technology development, including technical, compliance, safety, and financial risksDocument results, write reports, report MIS, maintain databases, contribute to handbooks.Present results to stakeholders/customers, at conferences, and in journal articlesCollaborate with other T&I units and external industrial and academic partners, and contribute to grant application preparationDevelop and evaluate ideas for new technical solutions in the area of responsibility. Identify and assess patentable inventions and contribute to IP filing.
