**Super User Oracle**

**Job objective**:
Manage databases, maintenance, reorganization patches, query optimization, monitoring, project support, Database Backups in Oracle and SQL.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or proven professional and technical experience.
- Oracle Experience (Good understanding/knowledge of Oracle architecture. Must be able to write complex SQL and understand PL/SQL procedures.)
- Conversational English

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with users, written correspondence, and electronic services to find solutions to technical problems identified in Oracle Database products.
- Manage client escalations/expectations and ensure timely delivery of a high quality resolution.
