JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilitiesNegotiate and coordinate with quality engineers for the implementation of actions on issues related to the client, such as corrective actions, PPAP's, and events from prototypes.Monitor, improve, and evaluate the performance of quality engineers' duties.Organize the distribution of workload among quality engineers and himself, with support from department management.Define acceptance criteria for plant products in collaboration with clients and engineers.Maintain an effective system to ensure product quality.Promote problem-solving meetings with the involved departments.Ensure compliance with AMS, IATF-16949, and ISO 14001 requirements. Prevent Potential Product Safety Issues (PPSC's) and ensure compliance with CTPAT.Security AuditsParticipate in high-performance teams.Maintain contact with each business unit to determine and prevent quality problems in each launch program.Manage corrective actions through the administration and monitoring of customer 8D's, as well as monitoring problems reported by the customer to prevent recurrence and escape.Communicate and document client quality measurables for monthly management reports.PRIMARY LOCATIONTechnotrim Saltillo#J-18808-Ljbffr
