Your Role at Baxter: Ensure the continuity of the finished product and medical equipment storage process by complying with regulations and standards.

What You Will Do at Baxter: Monitor compliance with local health regulations (COFEPRIS), export countries' standards, international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, and corporate requirements, as well as compliance with risk management processes when applicable.Ensure compliance with applicable BPD and PNOs.Monitor compliance with Customs Trade Society guidelines against Terrorism.Ensure adherence to procedures for receiving, moving products, temperature monitoring, inventory control, segregation and destruction of damaged products, segregation and destruction of near-expiration products, handling medical equipment, and product shipping.Responsible for monitoring all processes of receiving, sorting, storage, distribution, and corresponding transactions in management information systems (JDE), strictly adhering to PNOs, EHS, and any applicable regulations.Follow up and develop staff.Responsible for ensuring inventory reliability and internal control.Responsible for generating operational indicators.Verify control and follow-up of evidence returns.Ensure compliance with the annual training program, objectives, and established goals.Follow up and resolve events detected in the area in a timely manner.Ensure control of documentation generated during the process.Create and modify operational procedures.What You Bring: 4 years of experience in warehousing and distribution.Experience using information technology tools (WMS / ERP).Industrial Engineer, Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or related field.Knowledge of local health regulations (COFEPRIS) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.Trend analysis.Knowledge of ISO 13485 / NOM 059 / SOX standards.Cold chain, warehouse equipment, and maintenance programs.JDE system.Bilingual: Oral and written communication in English required.
