BS Degree in Engineering Fields- Advanced English 100%- At least 3 years of proven experience as Production Superintendent in the Automotive Industry (Wiring/Cable areas) in a high-volume manufacturing environment.- Personnel Management- Proven experience in Planning and Production Control Process in Manufacturing area- Advanced Excel Skills- ERP Systems Knowledge - SAP experience preferred- Lean Manufacturing Management Knowledge- Proactive, leadership and decision-making skills- Ability to effectively communicate with production employees and with all levels of management involved in the production process- Must have strong leadership skills- Knowledge of Quality System Development, ISO - TS16949 - ISO 14001.- Participation and commitment in the continuous improvement process.- Ability to work under pressure.- Availability to relocate to Guaymas/Empalme, Son.
