About the roleDevelop processes and standards and implement them for the correct operation of production processes related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, and the environment, and be an agent of change for the needs of plant processes.
Key responsibilitiesMonitor, manage and optimize resources in the production area.Develop, maintain and implement procedures for the different production technologies in accordance with the objectives established for the plant in Quality, Safety, and Environment.Ensure compliance with the Kerry excel program.Provide support in the quality system by following up on deviations (program changes, lack of ingredients, etc.) and customer complaints.Ensure the implementation of the marketing process in the plant.Provide operational staff with the tools and training for compliance with GQMS.Support quality, industrial safety, and continuous improvement projects.Promote and manage organizational change focused on continuous improvement of Plant Transformation.Qualifications and skills10 years of experience in manufacturing/operations in the food industry (mandatory).Industrial, chemical, food engineering, or related.Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English).Effective leadership.Dynamic.Proactive.Passion for analyzing critical situations and providing solutions in an agile manner.Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC22000, and HACCP.Application of industrial safety standards.
