If you're willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, **Faurecia **is the place to be.**We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to be part of our team.**- Follows established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety standard and ensure zero client complains.- Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.- Performs other tasks as may be requested to assure the effective and continuous utilization of assets.**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:- **Minimum 4 years experience in similar o same position in automotive industry (plastic injection processes)**:- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related- Intermediate English- Capacity for problems solving and analysis (8D's, Ishikawa, etc.), leadership, personnel management, SAP, KPI's follow up, production processes.Forvia is an equal opportunity employeer.
