We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates.Please access the Privacy Notice for Mexico for important information on personal data and electronic communications.Req ID: 72898Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Primary Responsibilities / Task:He will support failure analysis of Reliability, STR and Qual related failures requested using the F/A tools or machines available in the laboratory.He will review all the pertinent details such as datalog or csv of failing parts versus Bin 1 reference, circuit/bonding diagrams/netlist before doing bench tests using curve tracer and network analyzer to be able to validate the failure mode highlighted.He needs to communicate to the Design team if there are some failure modes that need to be isolated.He will do all the necessary F/A process flow needed such as external visual, curve trace, RF bench, X-ray, Thermal analysis, IR inspection, probe test, and Emission microscopy.He needs to generate a comprehensive or detailed report correlating the failure mode highlighted to help assembly and test on the root cause analysis.He needs to do some coaching to his co-workers particularly those analysts that need technical help.He should have more than 3 years as an F/A Engineer.Technical and Communication Skills:He should have good communication skills particularly in English (90% or more) since he will be communicating directly to design and reliability engineers in other Skyworks sites if necessary.He should have an in-depth knowledge of circuit analysis and RF technology and good experience using F/A tools such as curve tracer, network analyzer, thermal analysis and emission microscope.He has a good background in assembly and wafer fab process.Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
