- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Primary Responsibilities / Task- He will support failure analysis of Reliability, STR and Qual related failures requested using the F/A tools or machines available in the laboratory.
- He will review all the pertinent details such as datalog or csv of failing parts versus Bin 1 reference, circuit/ bonding diagrams/ netlist before doing bench tests using curve tracer and network analyzer to be able to validate the failure mode highlighted.
- He needs to communicate to Design team if ever there are some failure modes that needs to be isolated
- He will do all the necessary F/A process flow needed such as external visual, curve trace, RF bench, X-ray, Thermal analysis, IR inspection, probe test and Emission microscopy.
- He needs to generate a comprehensive or detailed report correlating the failure mode highlighted to help assembly and test on the rootcause analysis.
- He needs to do some coaching to his co-workers particularly those analysts that needs technical help
- He should be more than 3 years as an F/A Engineer
- Technical and Communication Skills:
- 1.
He should have a good communication skills particularly in English (90% or more) since he will be communicating directly to design and reliability engineers in other Skyworks sites if necessary.- 2.
He should have an in-depth knowledge on the circuit analysis and RF technology and good experience on using F/A tools such as curve tracer, network analyzer, thermal analysis and emission microscope.- 3.
