Your tasks
- Support the Production Managers/ Production Segment for daily management tasks in the shop floor for multiple production lines.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the members of his team, with the purpose fulfilling productions plan, reaching goals, using the methodologies joined the LSW (Leader Standard Work), as well as CBS methods (TPM, 5S, etc.)
- Ensure proper running and goal achievements of responsible area
- Ensure quality, safety, productivity and cost awareness for area of responsibility
**Profile**:
- Education, based on local requirements; High school or technical degree completed or comparable Ideally further education/secondary degree existing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related industry. Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment.
- Experience with production processes including lean.
- Leadership experience strongly recommended (eg. Coaching, mentoring)
