**Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations**
- Execute the process of recruitment, selection and hiring of Indirect positions according to the job description.
- Executes the administrative process through the human resources systems to generate the positions, requisitions and publication of vacancies on the platforms.
- Coordinates the creation and changes in job descriptions.
- Manages staff services such as cafeteria, staff transportation and indirect staff administrative processes.
- Guarantees the accuracy of the data in the TRESS systems and Internal Human Resources Systems by carrying out weekly audits.
- Play the role of super user in internal human resources systems.
- Coordinates and implements continuous improvement projects that contribute to exceeding compliance with the indicators of absenteeism, turnover and quality of staff services.

**Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skill Required**

**Required Qualifications**:
Education: Professional Degree in Administration or related field.

Experience: 5 years in the Human Resources area in a maquiladora environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
English: Intermediate / Advanced (required)
