Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.- Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.- Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.- May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.- Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.- Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.- Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.- Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in medical industry.- English- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
