Supervisor, Assembly / Residential Cooling

Reviews work orders, production specifications, technical instructions, facility requirements, tool requisition, equipment, and supplies for section. Supervises the production line workers, to include work assignments, time keeping, training, recognition/disciplinary actions and performance. Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs. Maintains a clean and safe working environment.Qualifications:- Requires a bachelor degree or engineering.- Requires at least 3 years related experience.- Strong knowledge in Assembly Process.- Good work record and experience.- Ability to lead in a production environment.- Requires tact and good judgement.- Excellent communication skills.
