This position is strength the collection team, part of the accounts receivable/ Collections.
Main responsibilities are to manage a Portfolio of AR, clarifications accounts, solve disputes, knowledge of websites to upload invoices, excellent customer service, team management, leading projects, managing KPIs such as DSO, aging balance, high negotiation skill, portfolio analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customers delinquency analysis and communication
- Special process for customers (upload invoices, PO, statements, follow up open items for customers, etc...),
- Team management
- Visit to customers, travel

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or related
- Experience 5 years on accounts receivables and team managment
- English: Advanced
- SAP knowledge desirable
