Supervisor Compras

Summary Position:
Responsible to manage the internal customer demand providing accurate delivery dates ensuring the requirements during the execution of the purchasing process ensuring the material on time for production schedule, attending the respective meetings to solve issues found.

Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for the purchase of MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operation).
- Implementation of projects on cost reduction.
- Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and implement fixes.
- Requires analytical skills, good business judgment, ability to break down complex issues into simple
- processes and develop solutions for the root cause of the problem.
- Maintain accurate delivery dates.
- Monthly review of "fails", root cause and cap to prevent repeat fails.

Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in administrative areas, international business, engineering or related.
- English 80% Minimum Required.
- 3+ Year of Experience.
- Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
