Los Cabos has long been a favorite destination for luxury travelers and is a natural fit for Four Seasons as we expand our presence in Mexico.About the role of Supervisor of Public Areas:Asegurarse de la limpieza de las áreas públicas del hotel y/o residencias manteniéndolas limpias, siempre cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos por Four Seasons.What will you do in this role?Supervise all public areas ensuring cleanliness and vacuuming.Ensure the stock of toilet paper, soap, hand towels, etc. is maintained.Oversee cleanliness in consumption centers, lobby, lounges, offices, etc.Report any damage, repair, or maintenance needs to the Engineering department.Report any found items in public areas to the Security department.What will be necessary for this role?High school diploma or technical degree.Experience of more than three (3) years at supervisory level in a luxury hotel or similar.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of HotSos system (desirable).Experience in computer usage.Work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner.*This job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanish is essential.*What we offer:Compensation: Highly competitive salaries, along with an annual incentive plan for managerial and/or department head positions.Transportation: Transportation service from San Lucas and San José del Cabo to the resort.Uniforms: Laundry service for employee uniforms.Training and development: Internal training workshops for line employees and/or managers.Recognition: Employee service awards, as well as employee of the month and employee of the year awards
