A place for those with a taste for the undiscovered and the extraordinary, our East Cape location on Mexico's Baja California Peninsula is the epicentre for adventure.About Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas:Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, is part of the exclusive community of Costa Palmas, which also includes a private marina and a members-only beach and yacht club, situated along a stretch of two miles of pristine white sand and the warm swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez.About the role of Public Areas Supervisor:Ensure the cleanliness of the hotel's public areas and/or residences, maintaining them clean while always complying with the quality standards set by Four Seasons.What will you do in this position?Supervise all public areas to ensure they are clean and vacuumed.Ensure that mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and free of marks.Supervise and ensure the stock of toilet paper, soap, hand towels, etc.Oversee cleanliness in consumption centers, lobby, lounges, offices, etc.Report any damage, repairs, or maintenance to the Engineering department.Report any items found in public areas to the Security department.What is necessary for this role?High school diploma or technical degree.Experience of more than three (3) years at a supervisory level in a luxury hotel or similar is valued.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of the HotSos system (desirable).Experience in computer use.Work safely, prudently, and organized.*This job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanish is essential.*What we offer:Compensation: Highly competitive salaries, as well as an annual incentive plan for managerial and/or department head level positions.Transportation: Transportation service from San Lucas and San José del Cabo to the resort.Uniforms: Uniforms laundry service for employees.Training and development: Internal training workshops for line employees and/or managers.Recognition: Employee service awards, as well as employee of the month and employee of the year awards
