Directs the activities of teams/shifts of production workers across different shifts and/or work areas so that the established production targets, including volume, cost, safety, and quality measures are met. Determines manufacturing priorities based on established weekly/monthly production schedules. Leads very large teams, directly and indirectly, which include operators and technicians.
