Resumes must be submitted in English.About the job:World Business Lenders is looking for an experienced REO Supervisor to lead the efficient management and liquidation of properties within our Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring properties are maintained in marketable condition, overseeing necessary property maintenance and evictions, and responding to local property violations. The REO Supervisor will manage and direct the activities of the REO team, oversee bid procurement, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to project timelines to support effective property marketing.This position requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional committed to maximizing asset recovery and enhancing portfolio performance.Responsibilities:Drive efficient liquidation of properties in the company's REO portfolio.Facilitate evictions and ensure REO properties are in marketable condition.Manage and direct the activities of the REO team.Respond to and abate property violations.Oversee the gathering of bids, negotiate contracts/agreements, and manage timelines for all projects to facilitate strict adherence to marketing timelines.Track expenses and prepare monthly reports for every asset.Within delegated authority, negotiate purchase offers for REO properties.Conduct second review of ARC Case Submissions and submit to ARC once finalized.Other projects and duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:4-5 years of experience in contracting, construction, property management, or property preservation.Analytical Skills: Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.Communication: Ability to communicate in the English language clearly and concisely.Research Skills: Ability to design and conduct a systematic, objective, and critical investigation.Negotiation Skills: Ability to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.Conceptual Thinking: Ability to think in terms of abstract ideas.Applied Learning: Ability to participate in needed learning activities in a way that makes the most of the learning experience.Problem Solving: Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.Active Listening: Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others
