DESCRIPCION GENERICA WFG Approved 517493 Job Purpose Accountable for coordinate Quality Technicans, perform data analysis, establish priorities, and ensure inspection plan is accomplished and the company allocates its resources effectively to development all quality activities with safety rules of Solar's turbomachinery products.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Organize and address quality technicians' activities in manner efficiency and safety, optimizing the quality activities resources for develop raw material work in process and finish goods product process.
BASIC RESPOSABILITIES / SKILLS: 1.
Assuring quality technicians perform their daily tasks efficiently manner and accomplish them with safety intern protocol.
2.
Provide manufacturing support through supervision, training, and guidance of Receiving Inspectors, Final and In-Process Inspectors to ensure compliance with product specifications.
3.
Meet production schedule to max efficiency and timeliness, within assigned budget.
4.
Analyze and solve quality opportunities improvements making report and address to support departments to implement the improvements.
5.
Coordinate and conduct quality personnel with internal ISO 9000 audits.
6.
Address to the Quality technicians accomplishing with safety metrics.
7.
Address and conduct external ISO 9000 audits.
8.
Response any Nonconformity found in internal or external corrective actions.
9.
Establish applicable statistical methods within the Quality Control acceptance activities such as process capability and sampling.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED/EDUCATION 1.
English conversational (80%) 2.
Metal Mechanic manufacturing Experience is a HUGE plus.
3.
At least 2 years supervisory or management experience.
4.
Solid communication skills.
5.
MS Office Suite knowledge.
6.
Bachelor's degree.
7.
Experience with Office (Excel, Power Point).
8.
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
9.
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control techniques.
10.
Certified Quality Inspector certification preferred.
11.
Green Belt certification preferred.
