In this role, you will anticipate resourcing bottlenecks and balance the project needs versus technical constraints.- Manage and optimize the staffing performance- Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders and team members- Maintain good relations with existing customers, act as a point of contact to the customers ensuring projects meet required timelines and milestone- Identify stakeholder expectations, conduct meetings, request feedback, and review processes to understand customer/project needs- Engage regularly with the management group to proactively improve resourcing processes- Fluency in English C1-Advanced (Must have)**As a team member of Sophilabs, you'll enjoy**:- You will earn US dollars every month.- You have 10 days of paid time off, 7 holidays, and unlimited Not paid time off.- Wellness bonus.- Long-term relationship with Sophilabs Inc.
